At the February 27, 2020 Board of Trustees meeting, Antioch College Trustees agreed to support the College’s new program addressing affordability and higher education access, Antioch College Works, through a $1.5M fundraising challenge.

In its resolution, the Board affirmed that funding Antioch College Works promises both to support financially challenged students and their families and to bolster progress towards the College’s long-term financial goals. The College is currently seeking to raise $4M by June 30, 2020 for Antioch College Works.

Board members will work together to either fundraise or donate to a total of $1.5M in this “give or get” challenge.

“Antioch College’s strength in applied education as exemplified by the Co-op program, and its longstanding commitment to equity are core to the Antioch College Works program,” says Maureen Lynch, chair of the Antioch College Board of Trustees. “We hope that others will be inspired to join us in donating to this cause.”
