Kelly Gallagher Interviewed About Film Festival

Kelly Gallagher, Assistant Professor of Media Arts at Antioch College, will serve as a film juror at this year's annual Indie Grits Festival from April 12-15 in Columbia, SC. Indie Grits showcases independent filmmaking that breaks boundaries and categorization. A cultural event, the film festival also features Southeastern art, music, and experimental media.This year's festival will show a record 83 films -- 53% of those made by women.

Gallagher won the festival's Helen Hill Memorial Award for the top female filmmaker at Indie Grits in 2014 for her film Pen Up the Pigs.
