Restorative Justice Symposium at Antioch College

Restorative Justice Symposium at Antioch College

Antioch College and the Community Empowerment Organization are proud to announce the first annual Restorative Justice Symposium October 27-29, 2017 in Yellow Springs.

Restorative Justice is a method of dispute resolution that focuses on healing harms to people and communities, as opposed to retribution for crimes committed. Speakers will include Maori elder  Raymond Ruka, Dayton’s own very progressive Police Chief Richard Biehl, and experts in the fields of RJ and race in community and higher education from Oakland, CA, Urbana, IL, and Albany, NY.

This Symposium is made possible by a generous grant from the Yellow Springs Community Foundation.

Seats are limited, so reserve your space now! Click here for more information, or contact Jennifer Berman at jberman@antiochcollege.edu.
