Antioch Farm Tea Pavilion Design Build project

Friday, November 2, 2012 - 5:00am
The Design Build project will resume for a third phase, shifting gears from the cordwood wall to make progress on the wooden pavilion structure; the stone floor; and to prepare the roof substructure in order to create a moss roof in collaboration with Linda Fuselier, assistant professor of environmental science professor, in the spring. The project will continue to be led by a small collaborative group of professional artists/architects/designers/builders including Rod Northcutt (Miami University), Charlie Vinz (Rebuild Foundation), Jillian Soto (artist), and Sara Black (Antioch College assistant professor of visual arts). We hope to involve the same second-year students and recruit a handful of first-year students to join the crew. For more information, contact Sara Black at
